Experimental Example

Sample: Standard antigen of Avian Influenza H5 virus 10^-2, 10^-3, 10^-4, 10^-5, 10^-6 and 10^-7 gradient dilution and NTC control and virus RNA dissolved in 100 μl RNase-Free ddH₂O.
