Fast and efficient ligase system.

TIANSeq Fast Ligation Module is specifically optimized for the adapter ligation of DNA fragment with dA-tailing at the 3′ end for library preparation of Illumina sequencing platform. In combination with TIANSeq Fragment/Repair/Tailing Module or TIANSeq End Repair/dA-Tailing Module, the adapter reaction can be directly performed without magnetic bead purification, ensuring simpler operation and higher library conversion efficiency.
