TIANgel Purification Kit

Room temperature gel dissolution, fast and high efficient gel recovery.

The TIANgel Purification Kit adopts a unique adsorption column to effectively recover DNA fragments from agarose gel in either TAE or TBE buffer, while removing impurities such as proteins, ions and small primers. 100 bp-15 kb DNA fragments can be recovered with the recovery rate up to 80%. The maximal amount of DNA that can be adsorbed by each adsorption column is 10 μg.

Experimental Example

	Electrophoregram of 10 kb DNA recovery Different length of DNA fragments were purified by TIANgel Purification Kit and relevant products from Supplier T, Q and A. 3 μl of the 50 μl eluent was loaded per lane.
	Electropherogram of 5.5 kb DNA recovery Different length of DNA fragments were purified by TIANgel Purification Kit and relevant products from Supplier T, Q and A. 3 μl of the 50 μl eluent was loaded per lane.
	Electropherogram of 2 kb DNA recovery Different length of DNA fragments were purified by TIANgel Purification Kit and relevant products from Supplier T, Q and A. 3 μl of the 50 μl eluent was loaded per lane.
